One-Day Training Programme on the Use of Non-Pneumatic Anti-Shock Garment (NASG) for Midwives and Nurses

Midwives and nurses were trained on how to use the Non-Pneumatic Anti-Shock Garment (NASG) a simple medical device used to help stop heavy bleeding after childbirth.

The training gave health workers the knowledge and confidence to act quickly in emergencies and save mothers’ lives.

Nurses and Midwives were also given Anti-Shock Garment and other important Commodities.
