Joy Odion Nomamiukor (Female). She is currently the Secretary to the Executive Director WHARC from 2019 till date. She hails from Uhumwonde LGA. Her mum is from Irrua LGA and she speaks Esan fluently. She has a National Diploma in Computer Engineering from Delta state polytechnic Otefe-Oghara. She worked as an intern in the defunct Intercontinental Bank of Nigeria Plc now Access Bank from 2010-2011. She bagged her Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic, Auchi in 2012. She served in the office of the Delta state government on Labor Matters /Servicom from 2013-2014. She worked as a Sales Executive in Sterling Bank from 2015-2017, and as a consultant with Oriflame from 2017-2018. She is an author, a philanthropist and a song minister. Joy runs an online NGO which focuses on improving the welfare of poor kids in the street and in the community. She has good excellent communication and English language skills. Intelligent, smart, good at solving problems and can relate with a wide range of people irrespective of demography. She is humble, loves God and works assiduously to serve the interest of His kingdom. She loves nature. Her hobbies are traveling, writing and singing. Miss Joy joined the services of WHARC on February 4^th, 2019.
